(Nasdaq:GTHX), a clinical-stage oncology company, today announced that preclinical data on both of the company’s CDK4/6 inhibitors will be presented at the 2018 American Association for Cancer Research Annual Meeting (AACR 2018), being held April 14-18 in Chicago, IL.

Data on G1T38, a potential best-in-class oral CDK4/6 inhibitor being developed for use in combination with other targeted therapies in multiple oncology indications, were selected to be featured in the AACR 2018 Poster Discussion Session. Data on trilaciclib, a short-acting IV CDK4/6 inhibitor in development to preserve hematopoietic stem cells and enhance immune system function (myelopreservation) during chemotherapy, will also be presented.

About Trilaciclib (G1T28) 
Trilaciclib is a short-acting CDK4/6 inhibitor in development to preserve hematopoietic stem cells and enhance immune system function (myelopreservation) during chemotherapy.
